Mass Transit Displays

Fionexx passenger information displays are built for rolling stock and stations: above-door route maps, door-side screens, V-shaped ceiling displays and network diagram terminals. Designed for continuous duty in sealed, vibrating, temperature-cycled environments, with EN 50155 compliance, front-face IP54 protection, PCB conformal coating and M12 connectors.

36.6″ Mini LED zone dimming

Transit interfaces run on dark backgrounds almost all the time. A conventional edge-lit panel keeps the whole backlight on regardless, lifting black levels and wasting power as heat inside a sealed enclosure. This terminal maps image content onto a Mini LED backlight and lights only the zones that need it — deeper blacks behind station names and alerts, and measurably less power drawn in exactly the scenes transit interfaces spend their time in.
